What is the turnaround time on my order?
Once you have submitted an order and all of the necessary assets, you will receive a proof for review within 3 business days. As soon as your product/design is approved, we will move your order to production.
Materials produced in-house have a standard production time of 1-2 business days, and we will provide estimated delivery times for materials sourced externally.
Do you provide print materials?
Absolutely! We design and produce high-quality print materials in-house, including flyers, brochures, postcards, and more. We can also handle distribution if needed.
Can you assist with branding for my real estate business?
Yes, we can help with branding, including logo design, business cards, and other branded materials to ensure a consistent and professional image for your business.
What if I need something not listed in your services?
We are flexible and open to customizing our offerings to meet your specific needs. Please reach out to discuss any unique requirements you may have.

When will my order be delivered?
Once your order is complete, we will deliver your materials right to your office by courier unless you request otherwise. If you prefer to pick up your order on the day it is completed, please inform us, and we will have it ready for you.
If you have a tight deadline and need your order expedited, email us at hpwconcierge@hpw.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request or direct you to someone who can help.
How do I upload images, logos, etc. to be included on my marketing materials?
On HPWConcierge.com you can click the ‘Upload Media’ tab in the navigation bar to upload any assets you would like to include on your marketing piece.
What resolution should my files be?
Your artwork files should be at 300 dpi.

How do I inquire about a product that is not listed on the site?
